Nice to meet you! My name is Carolien.

As a daughter of entrepreneurs in farming and hospitality I grew up at the root of hard work, dedication & hospitality. At the age of 14 I decided to pursue a career in high end hospitality and moved abroad by myself.

I immediately switched schools and started building my CV by working in my first Michelin star restaurant. Several degrees, a ton of experience and a career in high end hospitality in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Malta followed. Even serving at the Belgian Royal House at the age of 17.

After gaining experience for more than half of my life in the high end hospitality industry & running several businesses with my mother, I founded my first own company in 2019, with success.

After working internationally with clients from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Aruba it was time for the next step.

With a deep love, passion & dedication for hospitality, service, connection & experience I’m here to serve your business in the UAE. I can’t wait to help you uplift your business experience and boost your profit in all fields.
